Sponsor a prize

Your name. Their milestone. One standout prize.

A great prize is what gets a campaign talked about. Sponsor one for a local school, club or community organisation and be part of what they achieve.

What your business gets

  • Seen by the people who matter locally

Your business is named as the prize sponsor on the campaign page, which is built to be shared in parent and supporter WhatsApp groups.

  • Credited on every receipt and at the draw

Each ticket receipt and the draw announcement carry your name as the sponsor of the prize.

  • A report when it's done

After the draw you get a short report: tickets sold, funds raised and what the money went towards.

How sponsoring works

  1. Tell us what you'd like to offer

A product, a voucher, a vehicle, or funds towards a prize. Anything of real, verifiable value.

  2. We match you with a campaign

We find a school, club or community organisation whose cause suits you, and agree the prize and its value in writing.

  3. The campaign runs

The organisation runs the lottery. We handle tickets, records and the public draw. You are credited throughout.

  4. Handover and report

We help arrange the prize handover, and you receive a short report on what the campaign achieved.

Good to know

  • The school or organisation is the registered lottery promoter and Boosted is the lottery manager. Businesses can sponsor prizes but cannot run campaigns.
  • A sponsor credit gives you no say in the draw. Winners come from the published draw that anyone can check for themselves.
  • Prize values are confirmed before a campaign is published.
  • Tax and B-BBEE treatment of a sponsorship depends on your own situation. Please ask your accountant.
